Once you are done with your 10 minute background, please post the FIRST 2 concepts for every STEP in this AD thread for the time being. We will limit our campaign to those documentations only.

Both are actually similar in content but in different formats/layout. For a singular format of the character concept, please refer to the 10 Minute Background.įor player references and inspiration, please use either the Paizo Pathfinder PRD or d20 Pathfinder OGC as source.

Kindly include a reference of your CLASS and RACE in character concept. The character concept requirement would also determine whether or not you are truly interested in the tutorials that will be presented.Īs mentioned, PbP games thrive on the presence of good role playing as against roll playing, and actually begins with how the player would "flesh out" your character. Remember players, time and imagination is mostly on your side in PbP games. At times, even when a player creates a colorful character concept, he/she would eventually let the entire character concept slip after the first 10 sessions and sadly our character returns to a dull neutral state, undifferentiated from the myriad of monotonous sword bearers and spell slingers romping about in a given campaign world. Often this portion of character creation is done in such haste or made in such a poor stereotypical manner that characters get recycled more often than your average can of soda. Let me highlight that it is imperative at this point that ANY interested player MUST complete their CHARACTER CONCEPTS first and foremost. Once I get a more solid set of players, I'll definitely inform you, Kongzi and Ravenborn of any need. ya, I know, funny, huh ?Īnd thanks as well to. If I can get a few players in, we can start with a Pathfinder/DnD adventure module (Level 1) to kick start things off.Īddendum : Due to the number of applicants interested, several GMs have graciously provided their time to run their own PFTS game forums. So therefore I would be guiding players on Do's and Don'ts of PbP gaming as needed. Please do note that the medium is Play by Post, with a minimum of 1 post a day. That is something that I do not wish to happen. WARNING : THIS IS NOT AN OPPORTUNITY FOR EXPERIENCED PLAYERS TO COME PLAY AND SHOW OFF.
Pathfinder maelstrom race series#
If you're JUST starting with Pathfinder and wish to explore more of what this great system offers or if you have NO experience with Pathfinder then the adventure series are meant for you.

All I need from the players are their unadulterated interest, commitment to the rules, and an understanding of what the PFTS is all about. I will accept ANY PLAYER who posts their interest here.
Pathfinder maelstrom race Pc#
I will help with ALMOST everything, from building characters to working through combat, even assist in chanting a final blessing if a PC accidentally meets an untimely demise as the result of a head on collision with a battle axe. Now I do not pretend to be the best nor the most experienced, but what I offer is simply a series of stepping stones that should make your "transformations" a little easier. A kindly DM/GM took note of their plight and thus, to make a short story even shorter, is now preparing the next gen of PbP gamers. "noobness" :twitch: to either PbP and/or a current gaming system. I got this inspiration from another PbP site wherein noobs were direly requesting for some action but were often ignored due in part to their. I was wondering if any one would be interested in taking part in a series of small adventures meant to "progressively educate" those wishing to learn Pathfinder via PbP (Play by Post).
